USER refers to any real person visiting, registering to, or shopping on the SITE.
PRODUCT / PRODUCTS refers to all goods offered for sale on the SITE.
By visiting and using the SITE, the USER declares that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. During the use of the SITE, compliance with applicable legislation, internet usage rules, and the rights of third parties is required.
TAPIS reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Updated terms become effective as of the date they are published on the SITE.
The USER accepts that all information shared during registration and ordering processes is accurate and up to date. The USER remains solely responsible for any issues arising from incorrect or incomplete information.
Personal data belonging to the USER may be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and relevant legislation for the purposes of managing order processes, customer relations, fulfilling legal obligations, and providing notifications.
By granting commercial electronic communication consent, the USER agrees to receive SMS, email, and other electronic communications regarding campaigns, collections, discounts, and updates. The USER may withdraw this consent at any time.
The USER accepts full responsibility for maintaining the security of their account password. TAPIS cannot be held liable for unauthorized account access unless directly caused by its own fault.
All content on the SITE is provided solely for personal use. All brand elements, logos, imagery, product designs, texts, and other intellectual property belonging to TAPIS are protected under relevant copyright laws. Reproduction, sharing, or commercial use without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
The USER agrees not to use automated systems or similar tools that could negatively affect the operation of the SITE, collect data, or damage the underlying infrastructure.
Temporary access issues may occur on the SITE due to maintenance, updates, or third party service providers. TAPIS cannot be held responsible for technical disruptions beyond its control.
Product images on the SITE are displayed as accurately as possible. However, slight color variations may occur due to screen settings and display differences.
Due to the nature of vintage and handwoven materials used in our products, each item may possess unique details. Subtle variations in texture, pattern, and color tone are an inherent part of the authentic character of the products.
TAPIS adopts a limited production approach. Consequently, certain items may not be restocked once sold out.
Delays in fulfilling obligations may occur due to force majeure events including natural disasters, war, strikes, technical infrastructure failures, supply issues, or disruptions in courier operations. TAPIS cannot be held liable under such circumstances.
The USER may terminate their membership at any time. However, data required to be kept under applicable laws may be retained for the mandatory legal period.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Central Courts and Enforcement Offices of Istanbul shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising between the parties.
Orders placed on the SITE are processed once payment is successfully completed. Subject to stock availability, orders are handed over to the courier within the specified timeframe.
Payment transactions are securely processed through authorized third party payment gateways.
Delivery timeframes provided on the SITE are for informational purposes only. Delivery schedules may vary due to public holidays, peak periods, weather conditions, operational delays, or courier logistics.
In rare instances, orders may be canceled due to technical, operational, or inventory errors. In such cases, the user will be notified promptly and the full amount paid will be refunded.
Customs duties, import taxes, and related local legal fees for international shipments are the responsibility of the recipient.
Production and delivery times may vary for custom items, limited editions, or products prepared upon request.
The USER is obligated to review the Return and Exchange Policy available on the SITE prior to placing an order.
TAPIS agrees to operate in full compliance with Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, the Distance Contracts Regulation, and all other relevant statutory provisions in force.
